Warranty and after-sales service: Keepway provides a two-year warranty. During the warranty period, we supply replacement parts and ship them to you free of charge. We also provide lifetime after-sales service and technical support.
Equipment data is recorded in our ERP system, and our after-sales engineers regularly follow up on machine operation. We provide 24/7 technical support to receive maintenance requests, diagnose issues, and help customers keep their machines running normally.
When requesting support, send the machine model and serial number, the issue description, any displayed alarms, and clear photos or video. Include the material being processed and the operating conditions.
Share the product or material, minimum and maximum dimensions, weight, required output, packing material, available workspace and local power supply. Photos or a short process video can help explain the application.
