Poly Bagging Machines for Apparel & E-commerce

Choose your pre-opened bagging machine

Start with your bag width, then choose whether you need adhesive-label printing. Open an individual product page for specifications, factory photographs and a model-specific enquiry.

All five models use 100–400 mm bag lengths. Bag compatibility and accepted output require sample review. TR models print self-adhesive labels; label application, feeders, stands and conveyors are configured separately.

Compare all five specifications

Pack apparel, textiles and other suitable soft goods into courier bags using a machine selected for your product and dispatch workflow. The featured KPW-550/650 series uses continuous-roll bags, with manual product loading and automatic bag opening and sealing.

This range is for placing products into bags and preparing parcels. It should be assessed against the items, bag specification and order-handling process at your packing station. Begin with product samples and bag requirements before selecting the final configuration.

All Poly Bagging Machines Products

Start with the product and the continuous-roll bag

Send examples of the smallest and largest products you need to pack, including folded size and weight. Identify the bag material and dimensions. The product page lists PE, poly mailer, pearl film and custom laminated continuous-roll bags; the selected bag and the product should be checked together for opening, loading and sealing.

  • Product sample, folded dimensions and any variations between orders
  • Bag material, roll specification and required finished parcel
  • Required hourly output and normal daily order volume

Separate machine functions from system integration

The current product specification includes barcode scanning, label printing and label application. ERP/WMS connection is a separate option. Describe where order data comes from, what the label must contain and how mismatched or incomplete orders should be handled. These details define the integration work rather than the machine name alone.

  • Barcode and label examples, including label placement
  • Preferred sealing trigger and operator workflow
  • Destination power supply and any ERP/WMS interface requirement

Frequently asked questions

Is this equipment for manufacturing empty courier bags?

The featured machine packs products into continuous-roll bags. Its selection is based on the goods, bags and parcel workflow. An empty-bag manufacturing project has different requirements and should not be specified from this model’s packing data.

Does automatic bagging mean automatic product loading?

For the KPW-550/650 workflow described here, the operator loads the product manually. Bag opening and sealing are automatic. Product-loading automation must not be assumed from the category name.

Are scanning, printing and labeling optional?

The current KPW-550/650 specification lists barcode scanning, label printing and label application as standard functions. Confirm the required label format, data source and configuration in the quotation. ERP/WMS connection is listed separately as optional.

Does each model always achieve 1500 bags per hour?

No. The range lists 1200 or 1500 bags/hour depending on model and configuration. The actual workflow also involves product handling and operator loading. Provide your items and target output for configuration review rather than assigning a rate from the model number.

Can the same bag specification suit every soft product?

Do not assume so. Folded dimensions, thickness, material behavior and the required seal all matter. Send the intended product and bag together so their suitability can be checked before final selection.
