PRE-OPENED BAGS ON A ROLL · KPW-A12-2TR
Bagging Machine with Barcode Label Printer
Pack matched kits and accessories in bags up to 300 mm wide while printing compact identification labels. The KPW-A12-2TR combines the wider bag envelope with a listed 53 × 125 mm adhesive-label print area, 300 dpi resolution and a 20 bags/min reference.

Output is a reference from the supplied specification, not a guaranteed complete-station rate. Loading, materials and any label handling affect actual output.
Match the equipment to your packing task
Separate kit preparation from bag sealing
Supply a bill of materials and quantity per bag. Describe whether parts are counted manually, presented in sets or supplied by an optional feeder. The base-machine figures do not establish a complete automatic kitting system.
Provide real barcode data and samples
Use your actual item code, quantity, lot fields and intended barcode format in the artwork review. Confirm the receiving scanner reads the approved label on the filled bag; 300 dpi alone does not guarantee scan performance.
Assign responsibility for data and application
The printer specification lists RS-232, LAN and USB connections. Agree the data source, software responsibility, record selection and label-application method for the project. A listed port does not establish a ready-made connection to your warehouse system.

What this quotation covers
This model includes adhesive-label printing. Label application, automatic feeding, counting, floor stands and conveyors are separately configured.
Use matched pre-opened bags on a roll. Paper and laminated structures require sample review; no universal material compatibility is claimed. This equipment packs products into suitable bags rather than manufacturing empty courier bags.
Look closer at a configured bagging station
Actual photographs from our 25 August 2026 factory visit show the working areas to review before ordering. These are configuration references, not a claim that every pictured accessory or component is standard on KPW-A12-2TR.

Check your bag and product together
Send an empty roll-bag sample and your largest filled pack. Review how the opening, guides and loading clearance match before confirming a setup.

Specify what happens before sealing
The pictured cleated feeder and hopper are optional. Define manual loading, counting or upstream feeding in the quotation; a hopper alone does not establish counting accuracy.

Agree how finished packs leave the station
Review collection position, support and any optional conveyor with your actual pack weight and layout. Include the outfeed sequence when measuring complete-station output.

Clarify the supplied electrical configuration
Use the pictured cabinet as a discussion reference. Confirm the component list, access space, documentation and local utilities for the ordered machine.

Questions before ordering
Why select this model instead of the narrower printing bagger?
The listed bag-width range increases to 60–300 mm while the print area remains 53 × 125 mm. Select it when the tested bag needs the wider envelope and the actual label fits the smaller print area.
How should we compare real output?
Agree representative samples, the complete sequence and the observation period. Count accepted finished packs per elapsed minute, including the agreed loading, label handling, replenishment and changeover activities. Record interruptions and rejected packs rather than converting the listed reference into a shift guarantee.
What support is available?
Keepway provides a two-year warranty, free replacement parts and shipping during the warranty period, and lifetime service and technical support. Confirm the supplied configuration and service details in the quotation.
