Bagging Machine with Wide Label Printer

Use a larger label-print area when the approved pack needs more identification space. The KPW-A12-4TR has a listed 107 × 250 mm print area, compared with 53 × 125 mm on the 2TR versions. It retains the 60–300 mm bag-width range and a 20 bags/min reference.

Output is a reference from the supplied specification, not a guaranteed complete-station rate. Loading, materials and any label handling affect actual output.

Match the equipment to your packing task

Bring the complete label, not only its nominal size

Provide all text, graphics, barcodes and required blank areas at the intended scale. Confirm print orientation and usable artwork within 107 × 250 mm. The print-area limit is not a substitute for reviewing the label roll and finished layout.

Check the label on the filled package

A flat artwork proof may behave differently once the label is applied to a filled flexible bag. Review the chosen position for wrinkles, seams, curvature and handling. Agree stock and application with the actual pack; do not infer suitability from printer resolution alone.

Keep destination requirements in the brief

If the label serves a customer, distributor or fulfillment workflow, provide that party’s current specification. The machine specification does not certify a marketplace, carrier or regulated-label requirement. Approve the final data and finished sample before production.

What this quotation covers

This model includes adhesive-label printing. Label application, automatic feeding, counting, floor stands and conveyors are separately configured.

Use matched pre-opened bags on a roll. Paper and laminated structures require sample review; no universal material compatibility is claimed. This equipment packs products into suitable bags rather than manufacturing empty courier bags.

Look closer at a configured bagging station

Actual photographs from our 25 August 2026 factory visit show the working areas to review before ordering. These are configuration references, not a claim that every pictured accessory or component is standard on KPW-A12-4TR.

Check your bag and product together

Send an empty roll-bag sample and your largest filled pack. Review how the opening, guides and loading clearance match before confirming a setup.

Specify what happens before sealing

The pictured cleated feeder and hopper are optional. Define manual loading, counting or upstream feeding in the quotation; a hopper alone does not establish counting accuracy.

Agree how finished packs leave the station

Review collection position, support and any optional conveyor with your actual pack weight and layout. Include the outfeed sequence when measuring complete-station output.

Questions before ordering

Does the wider printer increase bagging speed?

No higher bagging speed is specified. KPW-A12-4TR and the 2TR variants have the same listed 20 bags/min reference. The distinction is print area; compare full-cycle output using your label, bag and product.

How should we compare real output?

Agree representative samples, the complete sequence and the observation period. Count accepted finished packs per elapsed minute, including the agreed loading, label handling, replenishment and changeover activities. Record interruptions and rejected packs rather than converting the listed reference into a shift guarantee.

What support is available?

Keepway provides a two-year warranty, free replacement parts and shipping during the warranty period, and lifetime service and technical support. Confirm the supplied configuration and service details in the quotation.
