PRE-OPENED BAGS ON A ROLL · KPW-A12
Wide Bag Tabletop Bagging Machine
Choose a wider bag envelope for cable sets, phone accessories and other matched small products. The KPW-A12 standard tabletop bagger accepts listed bag widths of 60–300 mm and lengths of 100–400 mm. Its 25 bags/min reference is subject to the product, bag and loading sequence.

Output is a reference from the supplied specification, not a guaranteed complete-station rate. Loading, materials and any label handling affect actual output.
Match the equipment to your packing task
Use the smallest and largest real formats
A wider machine is useful only when each required bag opens, loads and seals correctly. Send both ends of your proposed range, including the bulkiest coiled cable or accessory set. Do not size the bag from product length alone.
Review product presentation
Coiled products may spring back, hooks may catch at the opening and mixed accessories can occupy different space after loading. Agree how the operator or optional feeder presents each product before comparing workstation output.
Plan changes between SKUs
Record the bag roll, part arrangement and accepted setup for each approved format. Ask for a witnessed change between representative SKUs rather than assuming one adjustment suits every material. Paper and laminate structures need their own sample assessment.

What this quotation covers
This standard model is specified without a label printer. Automatic feeding, counting, floor stands and conveyors are separately configured.
Use matched pre-opened bags on a roll. Paper and laminated structures require sample review; no universal material compatibility is claimed. This equipment packs products into suitable bags rather than manufacturing empty courier bags.
Look closer at a configured bagging station
Actual photographs from our 25 August 2026 factory visit show the working areas to review before ordering. These are configuration references, not a claim that every pictured accessory or component is standard on KPW-A12.

Check your bag and product together
Send an empty roll-bag sample and your largest filled pack. Review how the opening, guides and loading clearance match before confirming a setup.

Specify what happens before sealing
The pictured cleated feeder and hopper are optional. Define manual loading, counting or upstream feeding in the quotation; a hopper alone does not establish counting accuracy.

Agree how finished packs leave the station
Review collection position, support and any optional conveyor with your actual pack weight and layout. Include the outfeed sequence when measuring complete-station output.

Clarify the supplied electrical configuration
Use the pictured cabinet as a discussion reference. Confirm the component list, access space, documentation and local utilities for the ordered machine.

Questions before ordering
Does a 300 mm bag width mean a 300 mm wide product will fit?
No. The 60–300 mm figure is the listed bag-width range. Product thickness, opening shape, loading clearance and seal allowance also matter; confirm a filled sample.
How should we compare real output?
Agree representative samples, the complete sequence and the observation period. Count accepted finished packs per elapsed minute, including the agreed loading, label handling, replenishment and changeover activities. Record interruptions and rejected packs rather than converting the listed reference into a shift guarantee.
What support is available?
Keepway provides a two-year warranty, free replacement parts and shipping during the warranty period, and lifetime service and technical support. Confirm the supplied configuration and service details in the quotation.
