For a packing station using pre-opened mailers on a roll, the consumable is part of the machine selection. Compare the bag opening, loading area, seal clearance and roll-change access against the products and space at your workstation. This page focuses on that station-level fit.

Record the bag width and length, film construction and thickness, roll core and outside diameter, and how the bags are opened and separated. Keep an actual sample from the supplier you intend to use. A matching nominal width alone does not confirm that the roll will feed, open and seal as required.

How do I compare workstation sizes?

Compare the operating envelope, including the operator and consumables. Cabinet width alone does not show the space needed to run the station.

What should a seal trial include?

Use the actual bag and representative products. Check closure appearance, handling and any acceptance requirements agreed for your dispatch process.

For small-product and hardware-kit packing, compare the KPW-A8/A12 small-parts bagging specifications. Match actual bag and product samples; label application and feeders are configured separately.

Send product photographs, packed dimensions, mailer specifications, the order mix and the installation country. Include label and data requirements when needed.
