The FZ-400TZ uses two workstations for tray-mold packaging. Choose the process and mold around your food, tray flange and top film; attractive samples alone cannot establish shelf life.
FZ-400TZ double-workstation food-tray packaging
VSP and MAP are standard processes; gas-control and gas-flushing configurations are optional. Reference capacity is 300–500 trays/h.
The FZ-400TZ is a double-workstation industrial food-tray machine for VSP and MAP packaging of meat, seafood, cheese and prepared foods. Its 304 stainless steel construction is standard. The machine feeds top film, uses a selected tray mold and completes the configured sealing process. Tray dimensions, top film, container material and process mode must be confirmed with product samples before final selection.
