A horizontal strapping frame applies bands around the sides of the load at selected heights. Share your pallet dimensions, load photographs and required strap positions so Keepway can review the frame, lifting arrangement and production-line layout.
Start with the load path: a band around the sides is different from a strap routed over the load and beneath the pallet. Mark the required route on your sketch before choosing the machine configuration.

The horizontal strapping frame can move between the strap heights agreed for the load. Its movement and strapping sequence are configured for the ordered station. Independent operation or an integrated line requires the specified pallet positioning, transfer controls and safeguards; the frame alone does not define the complete automation scope. The photographs show frames positioned around drums. Send the drum arrangement, individual container dimensions and filled pallet weight. Identify contact surfaces, proposed strap heights and any need for spacers or edge protection. A photograph is a configuration example, not a load-capacity certificate.
Provide the smallest and largest load outlines, carton condition and desired band heights. Agree the number of bands and acceptable compression on a representative load. More tension is not automatically a better result for soft or deformable cartons.
Send the conveyor top height, travel direction, available space and upstream/downstream equipment. The moving strapping frame does not establish that conveyors, guarding, detection or line-control interfaces are included. Specify these items in the quotation.
Identify your current strap material, width, thickness and sample if available. Ask Keepway to confirm compatibility with the quoted head and reel arrangement. Review the finished joint and band position on your load before agreeing the production setup.

Do not assume a band around the sides runs beneath the pallet. If your packing specification requires that route, show it on the drawing and compare a pallet strapping configuration with a pallet guide. Confirm the actual route and components in the quotation.
They perform different packaging operations. Bands act at specific positions; film wraps around the load surface. If your process calls for both, discuss their order and transfer space. Read the pallet strapping versus stretch wrapping guide before selecting the complete station.
Use the final layout and cycle information for the quoted configuration. The overall machine dimensions shown in an illustration are not the available pallet clearance; a strapping-head cycle alone is not a guaranteed pallets-per-hour rate.

Add your current trial or required output to the load photographs and layout, so the proposed station can be reviewed against a measurable acceptance target.
Record the load format, strap specification, band count and heights, staffing, observation time, accepted pallets, rejects and stops. Keep frame movement and pallet positioning within the measured cycle.
Use the recorded trial to assess that configuration and load. A different band count, pallet envelope or transfer arrangement needs its own review; no saved-cost percentage is inferred from the machine photograph.
