The KPW-TP1650F uses a 1650 mm turntable, supports loads up to 2000 kg, provides 0–12 r/min turntable speed and includes powered film pre-stretch up to 250% as standard.

Turntable Stretch Wrapping for Stable Pallet Loads

The KPW-TP1650F rotates the pallet while the film carriage travels vertically along the mast. PLC settings control wrapping layers and top/bottom reinforcement. A photoelectric sensor detects the load height, while the operator selects the program and positions the pallet on the turntable.

How the Wrapping Cycle Works

1. Place the pallet centrally on the turntable and attach the film.
2. Select the wrapping program and reinforcement settings.
3. The turntable rotates while the carriage moves up and down.
4. Complete the cycle, cut the film and remove the wrapped pallet.
