This vertical hydraulic baler compresses loose recyclable materials into compact bales to reduce storage volume and simplify handling and transport. Does bale weight stay the same for every material?

No. Bale weight changes with material density, moisture, loading method and compression settings. The table values should be treated as reference values.

Is bale ejection automatic?

Can the machine bale cans or metal materials?

Cardboard, plastic film or textiles: what should I send?

Cardboard and waste paper: largest pieces, loose volume per shift, moisture condition and the bale size/weight accepted by your recycler.
Plastic film and woven bags: material type, whether clean or contaminated, loose bulk and how the material expands after pressing. Confirm binding and handling with a representative sample.
Textiles: fibre/material type, offcut sizes, loose density, required bale dimensions and the way the finished bale will be lifted.

Does a 40 ton press always produce a 200 kg bale?

No. Press force and finished bale weight measure different things. Bale weight depends on the material, chamber, loading and compression conditions. The series table is a reference; agree the target on your actual material and the quoted configuration.

What does the Sri Lanka KPW-40T case demonstrate?

The Sri Lanka KPW-40T customer case presents approved machine photographs, anonymised order/shipping documents and that order's technical reference. Its waste-paper bale-weight reference is 150–200 kg. It is not a measured result for every material, and the separate 10 ton reference on this page does not describe the 40 ton order.

How much installation space should I allow?

Check more than the machine footprint: ceiling height, door opening, loading access, tying and bale-ejection space, service access and the route for a pallet truck or forklift. Send a simple site layout, destination country, voltage, phase and frequency.

When should I compare a horizontal baler?

For sustained feeding or higher material volumes, review a horizontal cardboard baler alongside a vertical model. Compare the actual feeding, tying, ejection, available space and staffing arrangement; orientation alone does not establish capacity or automation.
