Which bags can a band sealer seal?

Review heat-sealable plastic bags, foil-laminate pouches and composite bags with Keepway. For aluminium foil or kraft-paper packaging, specify the inner sealing layer: the outside appearance of the bag is not enough to select temperature and speed. Send a sample or the film specification for a compatibility review.

Horizontal or vertical bag sealing?

A horizontal conveyor is useful when the filled bag can lie flat. If the product can spill when tilted, ask about a vertical layout that keeps the bag upright. Confirm the bag height, filled weight, support arrangement and sealing-head position for the selected machine.

Date and batch coding

Ask about an embossing or printing wheel when a date or batch code is needed at the seal. Specify the text, character size and required position. The gallery shows several configurations; coding, air inflation and counting equipment should be confirmed in the quotation.
