Waste paper baler price: compare the complete quotation

A useful waste paper baler quotation describes the material, selected machine and complete working arrangement. Comparing only the headline price can hide differences in loading, tying, bale discharge, installation and included support.

Define the application before asking for a price

Send representative photographs of the cardboard or paper stream, its condition, and average and peak quantities with units and time periods. Describe mixed contents separately. A machine proposed for cardboard does not automatically establish suitability for bottles, metals or mixed waste.

Obtain the collector's accepted bale dimensions, weight range and tying requirements. Record your handling equipment and available electrical supply. Use the cardboard bale collection approval checklist to identify requirements that are confirmed and those still pending.

Compare the same quotation scope

• Machine and application: exact model, intended material, stated configuration and the specification revision used for the offer.
• Feeding, tying and discharge: which tasks are manual, which functions are included and which options carry separate prices.
• Consumables and accessories: included items, quantities and the tying consumable proposed for the accepted bale format.
• Installation and handover: delivery condition, assembly responsibilities, site preparation, commissioning scope and operator documentation.
• Commercial terms: currency, delivery basis, transport, taxes, payment terms, quotation validity and the agreed supply schedule.
• Support: the quoted warranty, service arrangements, spare-parts scope and any exclusions.

Ask suppliers to identify omitted or optional items explicitly. A proposal with more included services cannot be compared fairly with a machine-only price until the scopes are aligned.

Choose a workflow, then compare equipment routes

Review the vertical hydraulic baler configurations for a defined loading station and discuss your actual loading, tying and discharge sequence. Where a horizontal feed-and-discharge arrangement is needed, specify that workflow in the enquiry. A universal daily-tonnage threshold is not enough to choose between the routes.
