A bottle unscrambler enquiry should start with the bottles and the job to be done. Feeding upright bottles into a conveyor, collecting bottles at the end of a line and orienting loose bottles from a hopper are different tasks. The Keepway rotary bottle feeding table shown here is a round-bottle handling option; confirm the feeding method before specifying a complete unscrambling system.

Check the bottle before choosing the table
Send a photograph or drawing of each bottle, including the base. State whether bottles arrive empty or filled, upright or randomly positioned. A bottle that is stable when full may behave differently when empty. For shaped, tapered or lightweight containers, request a sample-handling review instead of assuming that a round-bottle setting will work.
- Minimum and maximum bottle diameter and height.
- Container material, base shape and weight in its actual handling condition.
- Required output and the range of bottle formats per shift.
- Whether the table feeds a filler, capper or labeler, or collects finished bottles.
Match the conveyor and the operator workflow
The linked product describes a rotating table with adjustable guides for round bottles. Plan the transfer point together with the conveyor width, travel direction and working height. Leave access for loading containers and clearing the table according to the equipment instructions.
Table rotation speed is not the same as complete-line output. Bottle spacing, changeovers and the downstream machine can limit the finished production rate. Ask for a demonstration using the intended bottles and note both the stable running rate and the operator tasks involved.

What to include in a bottle handling enquiry
Provide your bottle list, photographs, target output, conveyor layout, power supply and destination country. If you need automatic orientation from loose bottles, say so explicitly. Confirm the selected equipment dimensions, electrical configuration and the documents required for your installation in the quotation.
The photographs illustrate bottle-feeding equipment. They do not establish a customer's identity, certification or measured productivity improvement. The final configuration should be matched to your samples.
After-sales support
Two-year warranty, with replacement parts and shipping of those parts supplied free of charge during the warranty period. Lifetime after-sales service and technical support are available.
