The Keepway KPW-Z600 is a mobile robot wrapping machine for pallet loads that are large, heavy or inconvenient to move onto a fixed turntable. The machine travels around the stationary load and applies LLDPE stretch film according to the selected wrapping program.
The film secures the goods and pallet as one unit, helping reduce loose or collapsed loads while providing protection from dust, moisture and handling damage. Regular and irregular palletized loads can be evaluated according to their dimensions, weight, stability and wrapping requirements.
Bring the machine to the load
The battery-powered wrapper moves around a stationary pallet, avoiding the need to transfer heavy or oversized loads to a fixed turntable.
Use flexible wrapping programs
Select up-and-down reciprocating wrapping, single upward or downward wrapping, and fixed-position reinforcement.
Adjust the wrapping process
Set top and bottom turns, film-carriage lifting speed, machine travel speed, film output and film tension.
Move between work areas
Use one mobile wrapper at different workshop or warehouse wrapping points instead of dedicating floor space to a fixed station.

Key Features
Self-propelled operation: the storage-battery drive moves the machine around a stationary pallet load with low operating noise.
7-hour runtime: the 100 Ah battery is specified for 7 hours of operation per charge.
200–300 pallets per charge: the stated working efficiency is based on one complete battery charge.
250%–300% pre-stretch: the film system is specified to extend film usage and improve load containment.
Customizable mast: the standard wrapping height is 2400 mm, and the mast can be increased for taller customer loads.
Selectable wrapping programs: choose reciprocating, single-direction and fixed-position reinforcement modes.
PLC control with display: the operator selects the working mode and adjusts the wrapping parameters from the control panel.
Automatic height sensing: the sensor detects pallet-load height during the wrapping cycle.
Fast film loading: the film-loading mechanism is designed to simplify film installation and changeover.
Adjustable film tension: film output tension is set at the film carriage.
Operator controls: emergency stop, pause, power display and running warning indication support daily operation.
Accessible charging connection: the charging plug is located outside the machine for convenient connection.
Flexible positioning: the wrapper can be moved between workshop and warehouse locations when required.
Simple daily operation: the existing machine description emphasizes straightforward operation and low failure rate.

Custom height configuration: the standard maximum wrapping height is 2400 mm. For taller pallet loads, the mast height can be increased according to the customer's required wrapping height.
“No specified maximum” follows the supplied technical table. Final suitability still depends on load stability, floor condition, operating clearance and the selected machine configuration.
How the Mobile Wrapping Process Works
Position the robot wrapper beside the stationary pallet load.
Install the LLDPE stretch film using the fast film-loading mechanism.
Select the required wrapping mode and set the wrapping turns, carriage speed, machine travel speed and film tension.
Start the cycle. The machine senses load height and travels around the pallet while applying stretch film.
When the selected program is complete, stop the machine and finish the film according to the operating procedure.
Suitable Applications
Large or heavy pallet loads that are inconvenient to move.
Regular or irregular palletized goods requiring stretch-film stabilization.
Workshop and warehouse locations that need a movable wrapping solution.
Loads requiring additional top, bottom or fixed-position reinforcement.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is a robot wrapper more suitable than a fixed turntable wrapper?
A mobile robot wrapper is useful when pallet loads are large, heavy or inconvenient to move to a fixed wrapping station, or when one machine needs to serve several wrapping locations.
What information is needed to confirm suitability?
Please provide the pallet length, width and height, load weight, product type, load stability, stretch-film specification, daily pallet volume, floor condition and local power supply.
Which wrapping modes are available?
The current description lists up-and-down reciprocating wrapping, a single upward or downward cycle, and fixed-position reinforcement.
Which settings can the operator adjust?
The control panel supports top and bottom wrapping turns, carriage lifting speed, machine travel speed and film output. Film tension is adjusted at the carriage.
How is the machine powered?
The KPW-Z600 uses DC 24 V operating power and a 100 Ah battery. The specified runtime is 7 hours per charge, with a stated working efficiency of 200–300 pallets per charge. Machine input is single-phase AC 220/110 V, 50/60 Hz.
Can the machine wrap loads taller than 2400 mm?
Yes. The standard maximum wrapping height is 2400 mm, and the mast can be customized and increased according to the customer's required load height.
Are pallet size and weight unlimited?
The supplied technical table lists no maximum wrapping size or wrapping weight. Final suitability should still be checked against load stability, floor condition, operating clearance and the selected machine configuration.
