Document the transfer points

Provide conveyor type, top height, travel direction, pallet support and stop positions on a dimensioned sketch. Identify the equipment on each side of the station and the team responsible for its interface.

Specify normal and interrupted operation

Ask the integrator to document ready, occupied, cycle-complete and fault conditions, together with the authorised restart procedure. Manual handling or a bypass route must be separately reviewed; neither is implied by the word automatic.

Output check: the confirmed reference is approximately 15 straps per minute. Completed pallets per hour also depend on the required band count, positioning and transfer cycle.
