The KPW-FM5540 combines L-shaped film sealing and shrinking in one machine. Start with the product in its final saleable arrangement: measure its length, width and height, include any tray or insert, and decide how the operator will load and remove it. A sample pack is more useful than selecting by a machine name alone.

For individually wrapped boxes or grouped small items, compare the appearance of the seal, film tightness and the handling time for your actual product. For conveyor-fed bundles, also review the sleeve sealer and separate shrink tunnel.

Questions about a compact L-bar shrink wrapper

Is the packing size the same as the sealing-bar size?

No. The product envelope, sealing area and usable space around a positioned product are different checks. Send all three product dimensions and a photo so the proposed arrangement can be checked with the film.

Will every product reach the listed hourly output?

The catalogue output is a reference. Film behaviour, product size, shrink settings and loading time affect the complete cycle. Ask for a repeatable demonstration that includes the operator's work and records acceptable finished packs.

Can I use the film already in my workshop?

Send its material and roll specification before ordering. The film must suit the sealing and shrinking process as well as the product's heat sensitivity; the word “shrink film” alone is not enough to confirm a match.

How should I compare the FM5540 with a sleeve shrink line?
