Define the operator's tasks

Specify who loads and aligns the bundle, how the cycle starts, how a second band is positioned and who removes the finished pack. Automatic band feeding, tensioning and sealing do not by themselves establish automatic product transport. A conveyor, handling device or line integration must be identified separately in the quotation.

Check the actual band and pack

Send the bundle width and height at the band position, its weight, surface condition and required number of bands. If you already use a band supplier, include the material code, width, thickness, core and reel dimensions. Confirm the compatible material and setup for the selected machine rather than choosing from the product name alone.

Review the band position, joint appearance and product condition using the agreed sample. Where food-contact, hygiene or ESD requirements apply, provide the requirement and request supporting documentation for the actual material and configuration.

Plan the workstation before ordering

Share the available bench or floor space, incoming and outgoing product flow, target accepted bundles per shift and destination power supply. Confirm the working height, roll-change access, supplied accessories and any integration responsibility on the quotation.
