List the steps that take place before and after sealing: locating the order, scanning, choosing the mailer, loading the product, checking the label and clearing the finished parcel. Record who performs each step and whether there is an existing conveyor. This identifies where a machine change can help and what remains part of the operator workload.
Ask for a trial using representative small, large and multi-item orders. Agree how long the run lasts and whether roll changes, size changes, rejects and rework are included. Compare quotations using the same sample set and acceptance method so differences in test conditions do not look like differences in usable output.
